Sheet Bending Machine

 

Sheet bending machines with a swiveling bending beam are intended for bending rolled metal sheets of various thicknesses and producing parts of different complexity using the cold bending method. The bending pattern with the preliminary sheet plane holding and further tangent spinning round the clamping beam enables to reach minimum deforming and damaging of the working surface making it possible to bend decorative polished sheets or preliminary painted ones.

 

An exhaustive list of special tools and bending machine design features allow to produce differently shaped shells up to closed contours with different bending radii and angles up to complete curling (with a 180° angle). The presented machines are indispensable at production of complex channel sections, metal cabinets, boxes, etc.
