P6324B Hydraulic Press

The P6324B press is controlled using the hydraulic system based on modern electro-driven hydraulic components and electric system powered by the Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC).

 

This press is provided with the following operation modes:

 

Adjusting mode – all press movements are performed by pressing the corresponding button; when the button is released, the movements stop.

 

Semi-automated mode – when the operator gives a command, the press performs accelerated stroke followed by the operating stroke of the slide (set using the limit switch mechanism). The operating stroke lasts until sending the press release command, and then the slide resets (set using the limit switch). The press release command is sent either from pressure sensor (pressure-controlled operation), or from the lower limit switch (travel-controlled operation);

 

Automatic mode – applied in case of press integration into the automatic line. It almost fully corresponds to the semi-automated mode, the only difference being that the new cycle starting command is sent not from the operator, but from the mechanics defining the end of workpiece positioning.

The hydraulic cushion ejector is available as option (e.g. for middle and deep drawing operations);

The equipment can be completed with systems to track, control and record the following parameters: travel, speed, pressure, time and temperature (used if the process requires additional control or precise slide stop, etc.).

There is a possibility of press design with the straightening table and auxiliary tools for various section parts straightening according to customer’s requirements specification.
