LLD4941 Lamination Line

 

The LLD-4941 lamination line consists of a lifting table for stacking furniture boards.

The pusher feeds the board into the brush cleaning machine. After the brush it goes to the roller conveyer which feeds the board into the loading trolley area. Two workers put board on the loading trolley conveyor where a melamine paper sheet already lies with its back side up. The second sheet is put on the board with its front side down. Then the command for loading the board into press is given. The loading trolley enters the press where it leaves the board with sheets and returns to the initial position. The components are hot-pressed. After pressing and press opening, the unloading trolley enters the press, grips the laminated board with vacuum cups and goes out of the press, lowering the board to the roller conveyor, which transfers it to the table for edge cutting.
