DА4436 05 Furniture Press

 

The presses include: loading and unloading racks, hydraulic unit, hydraulic cylinders, control panel, electric cabinet.

The rack is a welded space frame with gravity slides to transfer tier-sheets with blanks. The middle part of the rack comprises pushers of the loading/unloading mechanism. The racks is guided during the movement by rollers in corners welded to frame columns. Two hydraulic cylinders on frame columns perform rack lifting.

Press view from unloading area (without mechanical means). Rated pressure needed for pressing is reached with the help of 6 hydraulic cylinders.

The hydraulic unit is designed to close the press plates, raise pressure, release the press plates, lift and lower the rack, load and unload parts.
